ING Branch Lab

In 2013, I joined the strategy team of the ING Bank. Next to my main function in the webcare team, I ran a few design projects with the ING Branch Lab in collaboration with the design department of the Eindhoven University of Technology. Together with some students, we designed a few interventions in the the physical experiences of the ING Bank, and had the opportunity to test them live in the Branch Lab in Amsterdam. Most of these experiences involved the design of the interiors together with supporting technologies, such as motion and sound recognition, to adjust the features of the space to the preference of visitors.
