A vision on music for Eindhoven

On request of the city of Eindhoven, the Designhuis organised a city debate with musicians, programmers, policymakers and citizens to discuss what are the directions in music that Eindhoven should take. The discussion triggered collective thought on possible visions for music, in the context of the debate on whether the Effenaar and the Muziekgebouw should merge. It was moderated by Loek Sijbers and attended by the most active music organisations of the city and region, such as Nancy van Loon (Dynamo), Frens Frijns (013 Poppodium), Jos Feijen (Effenaar) Willem Venema (Doublevee Concerts), Frank Veenstra (Muziekgebouw), Mathijs van Zandvoort (former STRP).
