Curiosity for the world led me to globe-trot for a few years during my 20s, first as a student, and later on as a young designer. My stops after Portugal were Belgium, Czech Republic, France and since 2007 the Netherlands.
I love meeting new cultures, and I am passionate about using my design, research and people skills to facilitate the creation of creative experiences and interventions that are meaningul and offer cultural growth.
Where I stand.
My work departs from the belief that the Arts and Creative Industries are strong enablers of well-being, resilience and engagement. I enjoy leading businesses and motivating teams to translate vision and goals into systemic practice and reality.
My background in design and research helps me define directions that, from a business perspective, are sustainable and impactful, while enabling an inclusive, positive, enjoyable, and enriching work environment – as a leader, team member, coach and inspirator.
